tizen studio sdk 4.1.1 wont permit to install applications

Hello I have been using Tizen for a while and making my deploys to the tv in the lab
recently something happened because i am unable to install or even setup the tv to install anything
and I get a cryptic error "Unknown Error"
I have colleagues in other labs that have the exact same setup and everything works for them.
Can anyone help ?

might be caused by local env.

@pedrosilvabos would you try using latest instead of 4.1.1
Or, could you share the log from ${tizen-studio-data}/device-manager/logs/
