Provide a flexible network stack

As a user / integrator I want to be able to choose a custom network stack for exemple OkHttp, Cronet for both Player and core business networks calls.

Hints

Media3 already provide Java, OkHttps and Cronet DataSource for loading media over http.

Acceptance criteria

• Default network stack is OkHttp has it is the most common used network stack.
• Core business data can be loaded from any network client.
