Looks like the inter-session registration is not very robust for the BOLD data, when there are large differences in the positioning of the subject. It would be better to, by default, automatically align the center of masses of brain volumes for inter-session registration.

actually, for inter-session data, it would be better to have a full-on multiresolution grid search. But this will have to wait for a future release. Not feasible for COG.
