Reference Binding is not working of reference isn't already loaded

Basics:
If an element is bound to a property of reference which is not already loaded, the binding does not work. This binding should trigger a request to get the reference loaded.

Steps:

1. Checkout https://github.com/SAP-samples/openui5-fhir-sample-app
2. Navigate to the patientDetails view
3. In the Insurance section, the name property can not be filled
