Input French Python file, Outputs English Python file. Why? No one knows!
Go into the directory with the command prompt, type
python French.py {File Path}
And boom! you're golden.
You can also do
python French.py help
Check the example folder for a batch file that has the command if you still need help :)
#Attention! You have to start your french program on the second line opposed to the first line
