What are we expecting to see in this data. eg Are there barcodes?

It appears to be a 1 GB fasta file (which is a bit odd as fasta does not have quality info) filename: R2C2_Consensus.fasta

sequence file names are in this format: >d3a2f7d6-de9e-4352-8587-bb6347d02fbb_21.2_4883_5_633

and there seems to be 1407649 sequences

I'm not sure- this is how it was provided. I know that the method that was used to run the sample through the MinION generates multiple reads of the sample and consensus is the next step in the process before qc. The sequence count feels correct based on the original conversation we had in that lab- something about read depth. I'll go back and look at the papers/ any other information to see if there is a clear answer there.
