Add roles 'school-owner', 'school-teacher' and 'school-student' into the Profile application's database

As per the Change Proposal and the Data Model, add these new roles into the profile application's database. This shouldn't require any coding, just a database update. The naming is important since the editor-api application depends on these exact names for its authorization logic (using CanCanCan abilities in Rails).
