The odr-metro-cephfs path is missing to create a busybox sample application for a Metro-DR environment using a cephfs volume.

Actual results:

$ ls workloads/deployment/ | egrep -v 'base|k8s'
odr-metro-rbd
odr-regional-cephfs
odr-regional-rbd

Expected results:

$ ls workloads/deployment/ | egrep -v 'base|k8s'
odr-metro-cephfs
odr-metro-rbd
odr-regional-cephfs
odr-regional-rbd

@netzzer why is this needed? Is there a documentation requirement that requires this?
