Replace Layer Data #100

When trying to upload an alternate version of a layer using the replace layer function I find the following error.

Also, affected by this problem with a recent installation from centos repositories.

After checking the database I can see that the layer is not associated to an upload_session, which is the model holding the layerfile association.
