Does the TTL in this project mean “Time to alive” ？

Is this project a network encapsulation for RocksDB?

TTL means "Time To Live"
nemo-rocksdb is just a LIBRARY, not a server implementation, you can treat it as a specific rocksdb which is supporting TTL
