there's a lot of issues happen when i open when i open procurement like :
[Error] Downloading stash for Standard
[Error] Downloading stash for Ancestor
and alot of issues but it open for a while and when i open it again same thing

We need more information to act on any errors. Specifically, the DebugInfo.log file. I would also venture a guess it might be the same as #1158.
