문제: 낮/밤에 따라 바뀌는 메인 페이지의 이미지가 로그인 전/로그인 후/새로고침 함에 따라 일관성 없이 바뀜

원하는 상황: 한국 시간 낮/밤에 따라 로그인 전/후, 새로고침 시에도 동일한 이미지를 보여줘야 함
