Add config option that adds extra health scale (empty) to all players on a predefined episode.
Options could be:

extra_health:
    enabled: true
    amount: 20 # In HP 1 HP is half heart

No se si te interesaría poner la opción en el config file de escoger si la barra extra va vacía o llena. No recuerdo en este momento como es en el UHC España, pero podría ser opcional igual.
