Issue Description

In case someone is viewing the dice contract and is not aware of the dice rolling client itself, an endpoint within the dice contract provides a link to a copy of the client.

Specific Requirements

  • contract method returns url to client
  • location of client can be modified by the owner of the contract
  • contract should ultimately be published on IPFS
