Running C# client code on Arm64 Linux

During lock down I got an Arm64 based ChromeOS tablet, and of course I switched on the Linux (Crostini) feature.

Then Microsoft announced support on Arm64 Linux for both .NET 5 and PowerShell 7.1

So I build the MF/NG server command proxy code and started making API calls via PowerShell and "It just works".

1. Enable Linux (Beta) on your Chrome OS device and open the terminal
2. Install .NET 5
3. Install PowerShell. There are various options, but it may be easiest to install as a .Net global tool.
4. Download the PaperCut NG Linux installer file from the website
5. Unpack the installer files into /tmp (e.g. cd /tmp; dash ~/Downloads/pcng-setup-20.1.1.55784-linux-x64.sh -e)
6. Start up PowerShell
7. Follow the instructions to set up a project as described here.
   Notes:
   1. When copying over the ServerCommandProxy.cs file the file is located in the files unpacked into /tmp
   2. In NG/MF 20.1 there is a trivial bug in the C# code that will stop the build. If you got this far you know enough to fix it (I am fixing it for the next maintenance release)
   3. On my system $env:USERPROFILE did not return a value, use ~ instead
