目前 PBH 无法向用户主动进行消息推送，在出现重要事件时，只能寄希望于用户会查看控制台。

消息推送需要支持通过以下消息渠道推送：

可以考虑追加 Discord 和 Telegram，用的人也不少。
体积大的话看看走运行时依赖补全。
