OpenPEPPOL has commissioned the IT department of EU to maintain an official reference implementation of the entire PEPPOL software suite, naming it CIPA.
Difi has decided to continue the maintainance of Oxalis in order to provide the large amount of Norwegian access points with a stable implementation of a PEPPOL access point. Due to the fact that so many access point are running Oxalis in production, Difi wishes to support the existing operators by providing an implementation which is maintained and supported.
