[FEATURE] Add the support of llava:38b

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I’m always frustrated when I need to work with large language models but find that support for llava:38b is missing. This lack of support limits my ability to leverage the model’s capabilities for advanced natural language processing tasks.

Describe the solution you’d like

I would like to see full support for llava:38b integrated into the system. This should include compatibility with existing frameworks, tools, and libraries, allowing seamless interaction and utilization of the model’s features.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered

I’ve considered using other models that are currently supported, but they do not offer the same level of performance and features as llava:38b. Another alternative was to manually integrate llava:38b, but this approach is complex and time-consuming.

Additional context

Support for llava:38b would greatly enhance the flexibility and power of the platform. Here is a screenshot of the current interface where llava:38b integration would be beneficial.
