Map legend - can title area be sticky?

The title area for the map legend currently scrolls off when scrolling. It would be good if this was sticky so that the map title and controls were always accessible. For example, someone might want to leave the legend scrolled to a certain point and then hide the legend, and back again without rescrolling to the same point.

Also, the icon used for the legend should probably similar to what GIS does. The following is from Esri:

It is similar to the icon used in the upper right of InfoMapper for background layers. Given that we have the map title in that area, I don't think using a word should be done. Just find an icon that looks more like this.
