Comparison: false differences in container tags

When I compare the (only) simulation in the working journal with the one in the project: some non-existing differences are wrongly shown, e.g. the tags BloodOrgan and TissueOrgan are shown as missing in the simulation in the project.

• also not sure why e.g. TissueOrgan tag for Bone is shown several times in the comparison

However wehen exporting the simulation to MoBi and checking: the tags are in place.
