Error: Cannot save new filament profile

The Add Spool button is disabled, and when I used Manage Profiles to save a new filament profile I get an error message:
"There was an unexpected error while saving the filament profile, please consult the logs."

The octoprint log indicates the plugin was not initialized.
I disabled most of the other plugins, uninstalled and cleared data of the Filament Manager plugin, then reinstalled it. The error condition remains.

Does anyone know how I should initialize this plugin?

Same Issue... Going to Uninstall and try again.
