Dragging a file to start an upload, doesn't auto fill the title and name #3027

Tested on Brave.

(Selecting a file using the file selector still fills the fields)

I use BRAVE... It doesn't (it used to but doesn't now)

here's an example, when dragging the video over it used to complete the url (at minimum) and put title as the file name
