History on editings in the early stage (pre-git) #145

If the history is to be maintained as it is now (related to #142), it is missing a few milestones. I sent at least 3 versions that are not in the history. At that time we would edit a doc and mail it to @vturpin who would combine everything. For instance, in one of the early versions I did the full review and corrected all attributes and variables to conform with CF & ACDD (unfortunately those were changed later. I'm glad that we're using git now).

If it is to keep these explicit history editions on pre-git work, we shall be complete. I guess there are more missing events.

I propose we add milestones in the History section as PRs, as each of you see fit. I don't have a good record of that, so please feel free to update this! Don't be shy...

@castelao, yesterday we agree that in the final document we should remove history and endorsment sections to be replace by "authorship" and "methodology" considering that there is no need for the full details of the history in the final document.

I wonder if we could use the to history.adoc keep track of the process. The suggestion to create milestones can be a good one.
