Update new event fields for versions 1.06, 1.07, 1.08
We might need to create new dictionary files, one per version

Hey @Cyb3rPandaH , let me know if you need volunteer for this one. I am doing related work this month so happy to do this alongside. I will chat with you about required changes and target to complete this by May-31.
