It totally depends on the end user really.
Similar to SAM demo when hovering over image, it shows which masks will it create maybe you can initially show the results with free hand tool and then once the user is happy convert that to a Segmentation
I guess if all the metadata that you get from a dicomWeb server you put in the JSON file it should work. I have not tried it though.
