:sharp: (♮) is not a sharp, that's a neutral

♮ is a neutral, and should be renamed as such (:neutral: instead)
♯ should replace the current :sharp:, as it's the propper symbol

while on this topic, I'd also probably rename the following musical symbols:
:note1: -> :crotchet:
:note2: -> :quaver:
:note3: -> :quavers:
:note4: -> :semiquavers:
but that isn't as bad
