Allow Missed Readings Alert to use Volume Profiles

If you are not receiving readings, you will not be getting any alerts for lows or highs.
So, it helps to be notified if you are not getting any readings for some reason.
We have a "Missed readings Alert" for that.

The problem is that the missed readings alert cannot use a volume profile. Therefore, the volume at which the alert is played depends on the phone volume, which the user might have lowered while listening to a loud clip in public in a very quiet room.
The result will be that the missed reading alert, played at a very low volume, may not wake you up.

For the same reason we allow the user to use a volume profile for the glucose level alerts, we should allow the user to use the volume profiles for the missed readings alert as well.
