In #65 I incorporated serveral changes of the 2021-prepublication to fix issues in the 2020 version of the zib.

I edited the purpose of the profile by adding:

This Observation resource represents the Dutch zib ('Zorginformatiebouwsteen', i.e. Health and Care Information Model) VisualAcuity-v1.0(2020EN). Because of some irregularities that were found in the 2020 version of the zib, concept names, descriptions and DefinitionCodes were taken from version v2.0(2021EN).

I added this to the purpose instead of to each individual element changed (which would be 3 elements in this case). However, I did explicitly mention 'concept names, descriptions and DefinitionCodes' as (examples of) the elements I've changed.

In the case of an edited concept name, I've left the identity part of the mapping element alone, leading to:

      <mapping>
        <identity value="zib-visualacuity-v1.0-2020EN" />
        <map value="NL-CM:12.19.11" />
        <comment value="VisualAcuity" />
      </mapping>

Which you could say is incorrect, v1.0-2020 does not have a concept with the name 'VisualAcuity'. However, I did not want to add a separate v2.0-2021 mapping.

Is this the best way to mention this? Can the text be better? Or do we prefer adding guidance on the individual elements?

This issue is probably no longer relevant because we documented how to deal with this situation.
