When X ada instances (for example FunctionalOrMentalStatus) contain the exact same MedicalDevice, there could be 2 possible outputs:

  • 1 DeviceUseStatement with X .reasonReferences
  • X DeviceUseStatements with 1 .reasonReference each

At the moment our ada2fhir process always outputs 1 resource with 1 .reasonReference (whichever is processed last), which is wrong anyways. This should change to one of these scenario's. Is there a functional basis for the latter? Or is the first output always needed?
