NMM not letting me change file paths.

I'm attempting to mod Fallout 4 for the first time using NMM and I mistakenly set the Install Info path into the games files and I'm unable to change their paths, whenever attempting to go back to the screen before setting file paths, it will ONLY let me scan for games, clicking on the check just brings me to the loading screen with this error.

Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local and delete Black_Tree_Gaming folder. Restart NMM and set the path to a unprotected location something like: D:\Games\Fallout 4 Mods.
