Upload 建议把文件名称做成value值，可控 #403

实际使用中会遇到上传文件成功后需要清空当前文件名的需求，目前upload组件对于这个没有支持，只依赖event去操作，比较麻烦，建议类似于Input 开放一个value值用去控制文件名称
