Tutorial screenshots are outdated, spikeglx path expansion screenshot hidden

Describe the issue

The tutorial screenshots are a little outdated. They are from 1.0.3. We are now on 1.0.4.

Also the screenshot for path expansion of SpikeGLX data hides the changes because the accordion for the Phy data is open:
