Issue with Source Data Information step for Neuropixels - Open Ephys

Describe the issue

I'm trying to convert a single session Neuropixels recording, made with Open Ephys, for a project with @magland .
I get this error after entering the data info:
Request failed - list indices must be integers or slices, not float.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a conversion workflow for a single session
• Select the Open Ephys data format
• Enter the Source Data Information
