Remove redundant test files

@sharoncy I've had a bit of a restructure of the repo. I am going to adjust the tests so that they work but many of them refer to data which is no longer present (Ie; no alignment json or no segmentations). Could you please remove all the irrelevant tests and give the remaining ones nice names. I'll then go through and ensure they all work. Thank you!
