UI element for remotely entering pair research

Groups in pair research have different cultures as to when/where pairing is done. Some will enter the pool, rate, and pair while co-located, while others will do so ahead of time. In the former case, it might be useful to have a UI element that indicates someone entering the pool remotely if, for example, they are on the way to the meeting while pairing is underway (which may caused them to be kicked out since other group members don't see the remote member in person).

One element: have a "Pool Created" timestamp so that if people are entering remotely, others know not to reset the pool and kick them out because they think the data is from the previous pairing session
