this yaml file does not have bmi_parameters.

Current behavior

Line 136 in bmi_troute.py returns None when running /test/notebooks/run-troute-with-bmi.py

Expected behavior

BMI parameters should be loaded

Steps to replicate behavior (include URLs)

I copied the .ipynb file to a .py file
On running, line 137 in bmi_troute.py throws an error because bmi_parameters is None
