Missing file "final_diffusive_natural_xs.nc"

I am executing the testcase of t-route as described in readme.md, but the diffusive netcdf file seems to be missing from the following folder:
/t-route/test/LowerColorado_TX/domain/final_diffusive_natural_xs.nc
Where could this file be located or what is the most valid testcase?

Current behavior

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: b'/home/t-route/test/LowerColorado_TX/domain/final_diffusive_natural_xs.nc'

Expected behavior

The file "final_diffusive_natural_xs.nc" should be located in the folder "/home/t-route/test/LowerColorado_TX/domain/"
