maxCourant is used but not initialized in diffusive subroutine #571

The variable maxCourant is uninitialized in the subroutine diffnw.

After the declaration linked above, it is first used here, and has no initialized done prior to this logic check.

An initial value needs to be assigned to this variable before it is used.
