In our documentation build we have the following warnings:

/home/ed/rrfs-workflow/ush/fill_jinja_template.py:docstring of fill_jinja_template:32: WARNING: Definition list ends without a blank line; unexpected unindent.
/home/ed/rrfs-workflow/ush/fill_jinja_template.py:docstring of fill_jinja_template.update_dict:9: ERROR: Unexpected indentation.
/home/ed/rrfs-workflow/ush/fill_jinja_template.py:docstring of fill_jinja_template.update_dict:11: WARNING: Block quote ends without a blank line; unexpected unindent.
