Current list of python modules

Currently (12/6/23) the list of python modules used in ww3-tools is:

pylab

bokeh
skill_metrics

A few notes that came out of discussion with @ricampos:

• bokeh will likely not be on wcoss2
• salem is used only for the shapefiles in the gridInfo construction
• Lmoments3 is for some statistics, not crucial
• pathlib2 tqdm and boto3 are just for the download
• we no longer need basemap (but we do use mpl_toolkits.basemap)
