Jet is migrating users to the new lfs5 filesystem. This is becoming urgent due to major filesystem issues on lfs4 that make it unavailable on compute nodes. (Hopefully that'll be resolved.)

Presently, the ufs-weather-model is testing a Jet build. It's in this PR:

Once that works, the modulefiles should be updated for UPP as well. Instructions are here:
