In cycled mode, there will be a IAU (incremental analysis update) period before the center of the window/analyses time (0, 6, 12, 18 Z). Output requested is averaged starting at analysis period, and not the beginning of IAU. Updates in the I/O routine are needed to start averaging after IAU period.
