Describe the bug
For C2098742955-LARC, use constraints errors should display in the summary output. pyQuARC does not display these errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run pyQuARC for C2098742955-LARC (dif10)
  2. See lack of use constraints error

Expected behavior
Expected to see a use constraints error

Checked 10/3, still seems to be an issue

Noting to add: it looks like use constraints is in the "Collection_Info" tab, but should be provided under the "Use_Constraints" tab now. Maybe some rec to provide the info in the new space?
