If you hit an extension which returns back a Failure you will see a red banner at the bottom of the screen and a record of the response message in the "ALL ERRORS" tab in the bottom left of the aerie UI. However, if the extension returns a successful response a green banner containing the response message will flash and go away as soon as you navigate away from the banner or reload the webpage. This means there is no way to check the history of successful extension responses which could be useful if an extension sets off a process which produces some information recorded in the response message (eg. generating files based on simulation data and uploading to OCS).

Describe the feature request

I would like some method for recording all extension responses within Aerie so you can go back and look at failures / successes. It could just be another pane like the error lists we already have, not too picky on the implementation.
