I'm curious, do you download his repository as ZIP and try to install that? That won't work, as xtero uses a different structure for his repository, where the actual plugin is in a sub-folder. Kodi won't automatically detect that. You either need to copy the folder plugin.video.crunchyroll from the ZIP to your addons folder, or you extract that folder and re-zip it (not just the contents, but the folder itself with the contents), then install that new zip. Note that both, his and my version, use the same plugin identifier (plugin.video.crunchyroll), so you better uninstall my version first if you want to install his version.
And yes, there is no issues page on his repository, he needs to enable that in the repository settings. ;)
Ah ah, I configured nothing on my repo.
That something I need to dig in.
Thank you @smirgol for your analyse. Your hypothesis is highly possible. I need to provide real release.
I was also considering changing the naming of my plugin, as it's not really the original one anymore 😅
I’m so sorry @xtero but I can’t find the issues section in your repository. I’ve been trying for a while
