todo: updates for staled status and minimal working project

The project will be staled, here the task:

• take temporally direction until other arrives
• Update documentation to be able to build and test if something will be interesting 982bc60
• update to allow witch version of the LXQT libs must/able can be used 64a1031
• provide some working default window managers and try to set in core
• Move documentation wiki to links inside "docs" directory, more easyle to colaborate
• Update and set a CONTRIBUTE document
• Renamin and set a naming sheme to each repository
• Update and set minimal info README to each repository
• Deleting or move to a branch the archived/obsolete repositories
• With those moves, make gitlab repos mian, and github repos mirror repos.
• Finish and then at this point disscuss new directions or let it the project.

At the creation of this, Status, info and the README's of each repository are out of dated, also some repositories are duplication or older works not pointed as ..

i'm currently update the wiki install process but need more reorganization.. some less-tecnicall codd explanation and reduce complexity (with sacrify of doding guideliness), @azubieta with some reorganization and documentation changes the stealed project can be archived or continuate.. so please see #37

wiki are now in read only mode, to remove it and move documentation to /docs directory, page are build sucessfully in plain html automatically from docs directory and published at http://moonlightde.github.io/mlde.d.moonlightde/

currently there's no light qt5 window managers, so i rescue the own code ot the qt5 eggwm very light but very basic and lack of avanced eye candy feaures..

Unfortunately, it had only basic functionalities of a wm, and that in a very buggy way speaking in developer mode.

Reason why eggwm qt4/qt5 isn't developed any more (author deleted their own repository) is that there are already lightweight, stable and very flexible WMs like Openbox and its not Wayland compatible... well Wayland its "always commign" ...

so ported rescue two candidates apart to use it Openbox and Kwin5:

• https://github.com/MoonLightDE/mlde.w.pekwm a tabbed window manager very rare

Seems qt5 eggwm are wayland compatible due its QT5 porting..

Repositories clone: i decided event made submodules of each need external repository, made clones in the group, this based on the dissapear of the eggwm-qt5 port (that i rescue in a miracle from my!)

so clone a icon set in a repository and others light independient qt5 apps
