Currently File Mover cannot be used to move files to the root folder "/".

Handle root as a special case (add "/" to the dir list)

Should the file mover use any exclusions when selecting directories?

Using same exclusion list as Fuzzier

Should shorter file paths be prioritized?

Adding a setting to prioritize shorter file paths
