Tcpvcon to show Local and Remote Ports

Both the -c CSV and default output of tcpvcon, tcpvcon64, tcpvcon64a do not print local and remote port numbers. Please consider this as feature request.

NOTE: tcpvcon and variants V. 2.54 had this feature.

At some time in the past this utility had shown the ports (alongside the ip, conon separated) and then they have been removed. It smells like a bug. Tcpvcon becomes pointless without the ports.
