There doesn't seem to be a need (or even the capability?) of providing a subscriptionId before it a subscription has been registered, so it seems that the example on the reported page is plain incorrect.
Alternatively, if it is indeed possible to provide an existing subscriptionId for some reason, then the documentation needs to be updated to reflect this.

In the example request on this page it includes both
({id})
as part of the URL and"subscriptionId" :"{subscriptionId}",
