Web 服务器方式，生成带文字的表情后内存占用高 #35

使用 Web 服务器方式启动服务，刚刚开始内存占用并不多，生成纯图片的表情也没问题。
生成带文字的几个表情后，内存占用一直居高不下。
希望能够对低配置服务器优化一下。

图中三个记录依次为生成 learn、look_this_icon、little_angel 之后的。

与其说是meme-generator的问题，不如说是pil_utils的问题
我猜占用高是因为用while动态调整字体大小？但不知道有什么更好的实现方法
话说过一段时间后内存占用会不会少还是一直都这么高

@jcjrobert 一直都这么高，只能手动重启服务
